Who this is for

UK SMEs of about 5–80 people. The owner, MD, or the person who holds operations together, with no internal AI or IT team — in professional services, trades with an office, agencies, accountancy, recruitment, property, or construction back-office.

Not for enterprises with an AI programme, people shopping for a ChatGPT wrapper, or anyone who wants a 12-month transformation roadmap.

Keep it running

What the call is

Thirty minutes. Free. No obligation. You get a point of view even if you do not buy: which process is worth touching, which is not, and whether a cheaper tool will do.

  • Bring one process that wastes the most hours
  • Have one owner for that process
  • Keep the tools you already pay for on the table

FAQ

Is this a software product?
No. It is a service. We find the repeating admin, put one workflow into your existing tools, and hand it over.
Do we have to replace our current systems?
No. The point is to stop copying the same information between the tools you already use.
What if this is a bad idea for us?
We will say so. The Opportunity Map includes a do-not-buy list. If a £20-a-month tool is enough, that is the answer.
How much does it cost?
The call is free. An Opportunity Map is £795. A pilot is £2,500–£4,500. Ongoing support is £349–£749 a month. All prices exclude VAT.
How soon would we see hours back?
A pilot is designed to be live in two to three weeks, on one workflow, with the team shown how to run it.
